My name is Elina, I’m a Finnish trained Specialist in Sexological Counselling (NACS)
I`m also a nurse, midwife and public health nurse.
I provide a safe, permissive and warm atmosphere for bringing up topics related to sexuality and its challenges. Sometimes it may be hard to put it into words, or pinpoint exactly what is going on, when you are unable to fulfil your sexuality, or if you have mixed feelings about it. Or maybe you feel something is wrong, but are embarrassed to talk about it. I encourage you, please, contact me, I will help you.
At my office, you are welcome as you are, either alone or together with your partner(s), even if you are not sure what your problem is. Let’s work together to find your sexuality difficulties and strengthen what is good and works well. Everyone has the right to feel sexual pleasure – you don’t need to solve this on your own.
What is sexuality therapy?
Sexuality therapy is confidential therapy that takes place via conversational methods. Its purpose is to help with problems related to sexuality, sexual activities, and interpersonal relationships.
Sexuality therapy does not entail any sexual touching or nudity; everyone keeps their clothes on. It is based on a holistic approach that takes into account the client’s physical and mental health condition as well as other key aspects of life such as, for example, social contacts and relationship with co-workers, intimate partners, and family.

My office is located in Oslo, Norway. Remote therapy sessions are available at flexible hours regardless of your location; all you need is a functioning internet connection.
How do I know if you are the right person to help me?

Is sexuality therapy expensive? How often should we meet?
Sexuality therapy sessions are planned based on individual needs. One can have 1 to 4 sessions per month, for example.
